My training this week hasn’t gone to plan yet again, despite last week saying I’d be back on it!
My running has suffered again this week, with only running 3 days, then having a wedding and London marathon to attend, however, I’ve still done my usual 3 hours in the gym and have upped the time spent on the stairs of death to 22 minutes at a time– much to my calves’ delight, but hopefully missing just 1 week will do me more good than harm!
Hopefully I’ll be back to usual from tomorrow!
