Frank’s training; week 2

My training this week hasn’t gone to plan, with working 2 nights and days during the week, I’ve spent the week like a zombie and haven’t had much chance to run!

My running has suffered this week, but I’ve done my usual 3 hours in the gym and have upped the time spent on the stairs of death – much to my calves’ delight, but hopefully missing just 1 week will do me more good than harm!

I’ll be back on it at 5am tomorrow morning with a 45 minute run and will hopefully keep the momentum from there!

Thanks to everybody for your support so far!  Once my initial enthusiasm wears off, I know this challenge is going to be a killer!
